Thank you for your interest in Emily's Music Corner! My name is Emily Asay. My main instrument is the violin but I have been playing piano since I was six years old. I strongly believe that life is so much more fulfilling with music! 

I have a bachelor's degree in music education and nine years of teaching experience; five of those years as an elementary school orchestra teacher and four teaching private lessons while being a stay-at-home mom. 

Most of my teaching experience is with younger kiddos (the 10-14 age range) but I am happy to accept students of any age, starting from 6 years old. It is never too late to enjoy the benefits of making music!
