VIOLIN - VIOLA - CELLO - DOUBLE BASS - PIANO
Available for violin, viola, cello, double bass, or piano students.
Lessons are 30 minutes long, weekly.
Students will receive one-on-one training on their instrument and leave their lesson with a practice plan for the week, tailored to fit the needs of the individual student. Students will have the opportunity to perform in recitals.
Lessons are held August through May. A calendar will be provided with registration.
Tuition is charged monthly, prorated for breaks, and comes out to a rate of $36/lesson. (ESA payments accepted via Class Wallet.)

This option is currently only available to beginner violin, viola, cello, and double bass. It is geared for ages 10-14 (but not limited to).
Lessons are 45 minutes long, held weekly on Mondays 4:30-5:15pm.
Students benefit from learning alongside peers and will gain skills that can be transferred to a real-world orchestra. Students will participate in ensemble music with their classmates and perform in recitals. Enrollment is capped at 6 students. Class will be cancelled if enrollment drops below 4 students.

VIOLIN
The violin is the smallest and most high-pitched in string family. The violin reads notes in the treble clef.
VIOLA
The viola is slightly bigger than a violin and slightly lower-pitched. The viola reads notes in the alto clef.
CELLO
The cello is a larger instrument with a lower sound. It is played sitting down. The cello reads notes in the bass clef.
DOUBLE BASS
The bass is the largest and lowest sounding string instrument. It is played standing up or leaning on a bench. The bass reads notes on the bass clef.
PIANO
The piano has a wide range of pitch and is played by reading notes in the treble and bass clef.
